Uplinks to Echostar 16 at 61.5°
On November 20, 2012 DISH launched a replacement satellite for Echostar 12 and Echostar 15.
(Echostar 15 has left 61.5° to serve at a non DISH Network location.)
Uplinks are in Cheyenne, Glibert, New Braunfels, Monee, Spokane and Mt Jackson

Pursuant to authority granted by the FCC, when Echostar 16 reached orbit TPs 1 and 2 became the "temporary" transponders.
DISH is licensed to operate on transponders 3-32 with temporary authority on transponders 1 and 2.
